Tolentino-Ko Partners & Co. (Assuranz Partners & Co.) was founded in 2015 to provide reliable and client-responsive certified public accounting services in Lucena City and nearby towns and provinces. Through our strategic partnerships with other CPA Firms, we are also able to service clients in other parts of the country. The Firm’s core group of highly-trained and dedicated professional partners and staff strive to provide results oriented, value-added service to our clients, and adhere to the highest quality and ethical standards to serve our client's requirements and needs.

THE PARTNERS

Ronilo D. Tolentino, CPA

Ronie has been in public accounting and related fields since he started his professional career in 1999, and has gained extensive experience in the audit of local and multinational companies in a wide range of industries both locally and overseas. Ronie received his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University. He obtained the seventh highest rating in the May 1999 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Licensure Examination.

Ronie spent five years in the United States working with a large multinational public accounting firm in a managerial capacity, where he handled financial audits and internal control audits for publicly listed and privately-held companies. He held a CPA license in the states of California and Texas.

He co-founded Tolentino-Ko Partners & Co. (Assuranz Partners & Co.) to provide professional accounting and tax services as well as management consulting and business process outsourcing services in Lucena City and in nearby towns and provinces.

Ronie is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jacquiline T. Ko-Tolentino, CPA

Jackie has close to 12 years of extensive audit and accounting experience in the public practice and private sector. She has been involved in the financial and internal audits of local and multinational companies in various industries. Prior to co-founding Tolentino-Ko Partners & Co. (Assuranz Partners & Co.), Jackie held various managerial positions in various local companies, and was responsible for the review of the financial reporting and tax filing requirements of said companies. Jackie graduated from De La Salle University with a double degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Jackie spent two years in the United States working as a senior auditor with a large multinational public accounting firm, where she handled financial audits and internal control audits of publicly listed and privately-held companies.

Jackie specializes in providing complete financial audit and tax services. Other responsibilities are review and preparation of required tax filings as well as internal control and process audits.

Jackie is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
